We know that buying a home is an exciting process for families, but it can also be a stressful one. Senator’s dedicated team is committed to making your home buying experience a pleasant one from start to finish.

1) Generally have on-site Customer Care office with a Coordinator to assist in any and all concerns

2) Fully trained and knowledgeable service technicians with company vehicles.

3) Complete service schedule and program which starts at the Pre Delivery Inspection to the 30 Day Inspection and then to the Year End Inspection.  All concerns are inspected personally by one of our trained staff.
